Returns & Refunds Policy

At Black Rock, we want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please check your order on delivery.
• If your bottles arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact form].
• We’ll arrange either a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Unwanted Items

• Due to alcohol licensing and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on unwanted or opened bottles.
• If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, contact us immediately and we’ll cancel/refund where possible.

Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• You’ll receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Click & Collect Orders

• Orders must be collected within 14 days. Uncollected orders will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee.

We aim to get your whisky to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

UK Delivery

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Deliveries are made Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on order size/weight.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Express options may be available at checkout.

Age Verification

• By law, we can only sell alcohol to customers aged 18 or over.
• Delivery may require photo ID to confirm age. If age verification fails, the courier cannot release the order and it will be returned.

Click & Collect (Free)

• Collect from Black Rock, 9 Christopher Street, London, EC2A 2BS.
• Collection hours: Wednesday–Saturday, 5–10pm.
• Please bring your order confirmation and ID.
• Orders must be collected within 14 days.

Delivery Issues
